Harry announcing the phiiles won, was a great added touch! I can remember him screaming that same slogan back in 1980 when I jumped out of seat...... RIP HARRY!!!
2007 to 2011 was an amazing time being a Phillies fan. So many great memories and it's a shame They could have won more world series in that time... because this team was not the best team in that time for them. The 10/11 teams were way better But this team found a way!
I love how they had to use Kalas because Joe Buck could have cared less because it wasn't the Cardinals. I was there so I didn't watch this for weeks after the fact. But Joe Buck took the piss right out of all phillies fans with this call
I hear ya on that. However, and forget about the Networks interests here with it being best mass viewing time, but lot of people wouldn't be able to go or watch because of work/school and other commitments during the day. Not that networks particularly care but they do keep it in mind. During the postseason there are many series that play exclusively daytime but again they have smaller markets. World Series or not Phillies will always be a late start
Home plate umpire bet on Philadelphia ? Lmao rays were robbed in this game. Hard to win when one team has a much wider strike zone to throw at. Philadelphia sports suck
Their job is to look for problems in the stands and make sure people don’t rush the field. There is a better than average chance they’ll be fired if they turn around, or at least receive a final warning not to try it again.
Donovan McNabb announcing the World Series winning Phillies lineup is the most 2000s Philly thing I can imagine 😂
Shades and all
Thank you for including Harry Kalas at the end.
My Gods! His voice made me happy cry...sooo many years!!! glad I found this. Thank YOU!!!!
got chills when the audio switched. 13 years later we're back LOL what a great time to be a phillies fan and an even greater time to be from here
Rip Pop Pop I dedicate this game to you ❤

Agreed a million percent!! ^_^
Go Phillies!
2009 was their best team
Got to watch this with my one-day old son in the hospital. Best week of my life :)
13 YEARS LATER AND WE'RE BACK BABY #RINGTHEBELL
Here after the 2022 NLCS.
This channel deserves 100k subscribers. Awesome videos, keep it up. Looking forward to what you post in the future!
Charlie celebrating his first World Series with a nice handshake, I love it.
One of the greatest nights of my life as a Phillies fan
Dedicate this game to my Pop Pop rip❤

12 Years Ago I Was 22 Years Old About To Turned The Age Of 23 Years Old In The Month Of November 2008
Went to both of these nights ... Crazy it's been 15 years
Did everyone from the rainout get to go back when it resumed
Great editing, thank you!
Thanks you for not showing joe bucks horrible call at the end!
Was it worse than Al Michaels when the Eagles won? 😐😐
Watching highlights of th 08 WS without HK calling the final out should be banned. So glad they added HKs call to this video.
Great job using Kalas at the end
Amazing😊👍
The key for the series was keeping Longo off the bases, and they did just that
lol is that a Wawa bag in the outfield? 5:57
Awesome.
If Upton hadn't tied the run, the Phillies would've won the World Series that night.
I fucking love baseball (not even a Phillies fan)...
Missing Harry right now. The Phillies lost more than they will ever know. I cant even listen anymore.
Should have never even started the game the first night. So ridiculous to play in that weather.
Back Then Cole Hamels Was A Philadelphia Phillie Back In The Year Of 2008 & Cole Hamels Is A Now A Atlanta Braves
Learn some grammar

It is awful that television makes the teams play at night and so late in the season. Not fair to the fans or players.

Mad
Phillies were going to win no matter what. We were just the better team. Rays were good but Philly was better.
Phillies paid the umps
You’re still mad 14 years later
Are those security people told if they even glance back and look at the celebration they will be fired and executed? None of them looked. WTF.
