  • FNH 473: Nutrition Education in the Community is a public health nutrition course in the Food, Nutrition and Health (FNH) program at the University of British Columbia (UBC). Students in this class actively learn and apply theories and methods related to nutrition education and health promotion.
In this video, I present an overview of an extremely useful tool: The Logic Model. To illustrate how a Logic Model was used in the planning and evaluation of a complex health promotion project, we profile the "Think&EatGreen@School" project (thinkeatgreen.ca). Two members of the project team, Dr. Alejandro Rojas and Dr. Gwen Chapman, speak about their experiences using a Logic Model with this project.
This video was made possible through financial support provided by UBC students via the Teaching and Learning Enhancement Fund (tlef.ubc.ca). Thank you!
