Although this song is growing on me, I have to respectfully disagree with you about pop country. Those 2 words should NEVER be in the same sentence together. Pop country sucks, it has NOTHING on the old school, REAL country...like Johnny Cash, Hank Williams, Conway Twitty, even Hank III. These new pop country douchebags are just cookie cutter, manufactured puppets who don't even write their own songs...and sometimes don't even play their own instruments. They do songs that they are TOLD to do. I have just been very disappointed with the way country has been just completely obliterated by these new pop country artists. Doesn't seem like it is that hard to get a country music contract nowadays. Just put on a trucker hat, a plaid shirt and some gel in your hair, and BOOM! You've got a pop country music contract! No thank you. Just leave me alone with Hank, George, Waylon, etc.

This song will forever mark a life change for me. Got Cancer in 2015 and had surgery for removal the same week. Decided right there life is too short to spend it somewhere I was no longer happy Moved to Arkansas! All the way down to my new home I listen to this song while driving a 20 foot U-Haul towing my Malibu behind. 5 years later I'm still here praise God. So glad I made the move. Arkansas rocks in my Snap-back just living life one day at a time.

When the singer has a slight country accent so everybody assumes it's country. Nah this is different. Music only has to be classified based on if u like it or not. Take genre outta your mind and your music taste will expand
