My friend's dad is dying and whenever my friend is I sing this song to her ❤❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ he has cancer and my friend is the strongest person i know this song makes me nearly cry every time I hear it

I'm 22 and the last verse gets me bc I'm scared to be alone but my sisters and I never grew up together but I'm thankful for my grandma and my adoption mom helping me to get through where I am even though my adoptee mom (died in 2018) and with my grandma help I'm still not alone (I'm 23 now since April 2023)

This song reminds me of my parents bc my mom was nineteen when she had me my parents are still together but when my mom had me my dad lived with his mom and my mom lived with her mom and my grandma gave her room to us and there was three rooms and me,my tio,my tia and everyone who lived there was my grandmas kids and she slept on the couch so me and my mom only had one room and sometimes when I cried because something happened she would say hey it’s ok I’m your mom and I’ll be here for you and it would make me feel better my dad only got to see me on the weekends💔so we decided to move to a Bakersfield apartment and our journey to get the house we have now was so hard we moved like 5 different times and it was hard but two of those themes were and my dads moms/ my grandma and the second time was at my other grandmas it was so hard and now I have my 3 year old sister and I am so thankful for her and and we fight all the time but I love her and just bc of this song I’m like the wolds not perfect but it’s not that kind I will be your sister and I’ll hold your hand you would know I’ll be there for you.💜🖤🤍
