Nepali football player lacks discipline. And still they have guts to criticize regarding the strict system of coach. Have you ever looked at discipline of international football players and the strict system of coaches? No matter how great footballer you are you have to be disciplined and stay under the rules and regulations of coach. For instance, look Balotelli, Cristiano Ronaldo, Zlatan.

@@tigabeamngcrashes Yeah coah also should be in Discipline. But most of the Nepalese players think they are untouched. The things in dressing room should stay in dressing room. Here the players started to act like cry baby followed by coach himself. And talking about hierarchy, if they don't perform well (most of the time they don't do) the coach have all right to try new players, but they insist most of the time. Not blaming players only but they are the one who plays for the country (coaches come and go) so they should be professional. Look at Thomas Tuchel, Jose Mourinho, Pep Guardiola, Eric Ten Hag. Discipline is what matters the most.

hlw brother coach abdullah was a grt coach..i know some players were against to coach,because he gave chance to new youth on national level.the old players cannot digest to newcomers.they just wanted to hold the position.and one more thing we only recognize the scorer not the assister..so i request to management plz think about it..and even we are not the champion of SAAF..when nepal will win with all SAAF countries then i will salute u.. i love my players🤔🤔
Almutairi was a great coach. You say you can't use social media because he wants players to have certain discipline. He interrupts in your family matter to take care of your mental health, which may have some effect on your game.

Mark my Word this type attitude of National player won't give any progress in the team. Coach AA tried to follow international Culture in the team but look at these players crying for Social Media, Press time and so on. Discipline is key in every sport and almost all Nepali Sportsmen don't have it. AA tried some New Players and boom all these so called professional player didn't feel right about it. Bro that is insecure, these players are clown man. I hate to say this but the progress of these team will be zero. They are not ready for any kind of changes. I feel bad For AA he deserve better.

In every sport a good coach is must for improve in performance. I think almuttari was a great coach but he also had few flaws. I think Anjan bista pointed out few of his flaws. People don't make up things if they don't see them. The reality a great coach isn't all disciplinary but one can influence players to instill discipline in their own life as a tool for life success.

The truth of the matter is that we nepalis can't handle pressure. Messi isn't just messin ronaldo isn't just ronaldo , they have invested so much. Disciple is as important as skills which the coach wanted to teach nepali players. It's unfortunate that nepali wants to win world cup without such important part of games.
