this was so informative! I am seeing my ENT tomorrow for my follow-up, but i can tell already (thanks to this video) that my CT scan shows that my sinuses are in very poor shape and have been for quite some time lol

Can a sinusoidal "canal" be 'inverted' if blowing your nose too hard?

Probably not. Although blowing your nose too hard may move mucous secretions deeper, which may not help you feel better
