Sir,meri ma ka dono torof ka hip bone ek sath fracture ho gaya hein, age-74,bina sergury ke unka joi ilaj ho sakta hain kya,blood theaner roj lete hein,unka heart attack,aur sebrbral strike ek sath aya tha 6th march ko,ab pressure high hain thora,eisi halat mein hum patient ko keise handle kar sakte hein bed shore na ho ,plz help kare

Sir why not give Beta 6 block n make the patient pain completely pain free and even in stable trochanteric fracture the patient can walk with support.
Avoid surgery in old age patients.
