If sir, permanent tissue formed after the growth of the plant by the meristematic tissue then how in plants water and food are transported ? Because xylem and phloem are not formed as permanent tissue are not formed?

Sir I have one confusion. Sir in the Definition of tissue you said it is a group of similar kind of cells. But in Complex permanent tissue you are saying it is made up of different kind of cells. Both the Statements are confusing. Please clear this doubt sir.

The varieties of cell in permanent tissue are different ( 3 variety ) but in a specific variety like in collenchyma the function of cell is same it means the group cell in collenchyma have same function....
