A 30% clone was able to form a lake in a dry place kisame could flood the area and use the water terrain to his advantage and dive whenever hanzo uses poison since the poison comes out in the form of a gas that can float on air if he used the poison in the water it would likely bubble up with his breath then go into the air then kisame fuses with samehada and drains his chakra underwater
