For example, Kanté, a shy person, would benefit from being told he is doing very well at the moment, whereas a player like Ronaldo would benefit from being told he has to work harder, do better, push himself.
Nice idea but would you trust EA to implement this correctly? They don't even know how to structure transfer negotiations. Managers, agents and players will just storm out if you make an offer too low - that's not how real life conversations occur. If EA added good cop/bad cop dialogue options to players, you'd probably end up with Kante storming out and requesting a transfer because you were too nice to him.

Any team who plays with the high press tactic begins to suicide press and you only need 2 pacey wingers and you can win 5-0. It’s not fun, especially when I’m doing a United career mode and playing my two biggest rivals isn’t even fun. Just a simple through ball to rashford and we score

Quick simulate every game your team is going to play so that it's not that easy for you to win every match. If you still want to play a bit you can always do the new simulation which looks like Football Manager and you can always start controling your team anytime you want

Not sure maybe they add it to the database not the squad update
If they add the new stadium, your save won’t restart but the stadium won’t be In your save, if you want to have it you need to start a new career
