You can be registered as a sex offender for many reasons and although I agree with you, how can we expect them to be members of society if we deny them any employment opportunities... I don't see how that would work in societies favor.

And my uncle got 15yrs for tax evasion obviously more to that 😉 but bottom line all they could charge him with was tax evasion. People get insane sentences for financial crimes & crimes with no victims, yet these pos get little to no time, even when they are repeat offenders 🤬 Really makes me start wondering if there’s some truth to the conspiracy theories about many of the elites & government officials being pedos.

I think Ms. Weiss ' interview style is to try to connect and get her relaxed and to open up. She opened her up and got her talking about her program completions. She also gave her the ability to express her inner feelings. We got to see where her head was. Ms. Johnson felt her actions were not accountable because she was under the influence of drugs. She has somehow detached herself from the persona who failed to protect her own daughter and niece. She is in essence saying she is not that person. She definitely needs to complete the sex offender classes and become a registered sex offender. She needs to accept that her actions were wrong and address how this will affect her daughter and niece . I agree with Ms. Weiss' interview style because we got to see Ms. Johnson's mindset and see who she really is. It's like good cop bad cop.

The first sign of emotion was the prospect of having to do the SA classes again - Johnson did NOT want to have to sit through those confronting sessions about how her actions traumatised and damaged the two young girls.
And the most common thread to run through these offender's answers - whenever she's asked about what trauma her actions have left on the girls - she answers for herself and her own feelings. When asked how she justifies her crimes, she jumps up easily with the "I was high, it was the drugs, and I never planned for it to take place, ma'am. It just happened, just like that." No mention of the kidnapping and trafficking aspect of the crime which took planning, the drugging of the children which took planning.
Just, "I did do a bad thing for a small second there, but then I took classes, and now I have a therapist and self help courses out the whazoo, telling me what a good person I am. Mrs Wise is always good about getting the prisoners to relax and open up so that the other board members can get the prisoners to answer questions. Mrs Wise is so good at getting the prisoners to feel the pressure is let off so they will say things thinking no one is really listening. It’s a great tactic. Imo

She knows exactly what she's doing. Good detectives don't enter an interrogation and immediately start questioning the potential suspect.

How can people do this. It's mind blowing. Making one child watch while the other is abused. Unbelievable.

She’s just wanting to move back in with her daughter to do it again… if I were her daughter I would stay as far away from this lady as humanly possible cause she’s not a mother.

The guy knew what he was doing. Mr Mastermind. But the mother is the 1st protector and she failed her daughters. This actually happens a lot in the hood. Shameful. A lot of these girls get older and be the type of women on SWU

What the hell? This pisses me off... I know it's extremely difficult to bring charges and get convictions in female against female cases, but this woman was found guilty and only got probation ? That's bullshit!

@@God-Love-Freedom no, it’s not her ruling, her interviews ( not all) never get to the real deal, compared to Judge Jackson, Mr Roche; she skimmed over this inmates crime. Ms Jackson asks the tough questions. I’m elated with her ruling, this one still needs more programs and remorse for the awful crime she did to her own daughter and niece.

I don’t think you understand the role each board member takes when assessing these criminals. Why are you upset with her role and method, if her method results in a ruling of justice?

You can see that was acting like the model inmate that's been wronged. I'm sorry but she is just a disgusting deviant who will re offend. It wasn't because she was high, it's because she is a predator. I am an addict in recovery and all the times I was high I didn't have any thoughts like that. Those are thoughts and desires a feel that a person already has in their mind. And for some they are willing to act on them when their mind is altered by some kind of substance. How could a mother even have thoughts like that's towards her own daughter and neice. She is not gonna change because she thinks she can just say oops sorry and it be OK!! NO!! I can't imagine the trauma those girls went through and will continue to go through for the rest of their lives. It makes me so mad, this mothers attitude! I just want to keep ranting but I won't. 🤬🤬
