So Hyang has brought many reactors to tears. Her vocals are at epic levels. She's humble and a cancer survivor. She's been offered big contracts. All not signed by her. She loves to sing. Check out yourself people and read about her. So Huang's life story is amazing.
Do you know the story behind her awesome talent? She has always been singing, but when she was 20 years old and newly married she got cancer in her stomach and had to go through several operation. Because of this, she can never have children. But being member of the church she got people praying for her, and she survived the cancer.
Because of this she sees her life a gift from God, and she wanted to dedicate her life and singing to Him. She said she wants her singing to comfort people who are in pain, telling them “I see you- I’ve been there”. She has since then almost exclusively been singing at churches at home and abroad, at charity events, or events to honor other artist - meaningful events, and avoided taking part in the big music industry. She has been contacted many times by international managers who could help her getting famous here in the West (she is famous in Asia, despite her limited performances), but she has always refused.
Now she is about 40 years old (she looks so much younger!) and the last few years she has been participating in South Korean music contests on TV. When she first started singing on these TV shows she was very conflicted if this was the right thing to do. But then she saw a woman in the audience crying while she was singing, and she realised that her calling was to reach out to everyone who is hurting, not just people in church. ❤️
She not only has an outstanding talent and the most beautiful voice, her singing touches people in a way that is hard to explain, a gift from above. I love your true reaction. Look at my playlist. very thanks.

I wish I could have written about her as beautifully as you did. I would so love to see her perform live. It's would be a touch of heaven to your soul. Her voice is liquid gold! As though her vocals were caressed by Angels! So Hyang is easily 1 of the best vocalist worldwide.
one correction, it was cervical cancer not stomach. This is why she cannot have kids. Also why the world is a little darker now, because future generations will be denied listening to her family gene's.

Omg! I didn’t know, but I had a feeling this phenomenal singer had a moving and faith hero testimony. Wow. Just wow. I just came across her yesterday, and I can’t get enough. She’s a living testimony of Gods goodness, grace and love.
This performance was in 2015 and she was 37 years old. But the age is not important. Her voice, excellent vocal technique and the attitude towards life are far more attractive to me. Thanks for nice reaction.

Pop singer So-hyang completed an all-time performance with world-renowned producer David Foster in his performance celebrating the 30th anniversary of Blue Note.
At a concert held in Blue Note, Tokyo, Japan from November 30 to December 3, Sohyang won MBC's 'I Am a Singer' program and won a number of hits including 'I Have Nothing,' 'Oh Holly Night,' 'Bridge over Trooved Water,' 'I Will Always Love You' and 'Stevever.'

I think I asked you a while ago, and I'm not suggesting you listen to all his work. However, I would love to see your reaction to NF How Could You Leave Us. NF are his initials and yes, he is singing about a truth in hiw own life. He's quite young, but I'd truly want to hear your input. Forgot to tell you, I do not like mentioning things I can't immediately prove but when I re-ran your reaction video today somewhere in the beginning you rhetorically ask "who hurt you?" Legend has it, So Huang specifically chose songs to relate to her cancer and Jesus! Isn't that gorgeous! No wonder she belts it out like that--I'll tell you right now, you ain't ever seen Simon & Garfunkfel belt it out like that and Im old even to prove that!!
