Of course it was not only bakugo that triggered his rage but he was definitely a part of it. Bakugo has always been someone that Izuku has held dear so I understand the other people as well.

4:40 they have their provisional license meaning they were strong enough to fight villains cuz all class 1A had their license they could fight along and judging from what i saw from all the classes 1A was the strongest along with the top 3 students Side note students with less powerfull quirks or uncontrolled quirks that can´t always help went to the paranormal one and with more powerful and controlled quirks like bakugo and midoriya that are either controlled or powerfull went to the hostital i could be wrong with this
