      The nuclear death cult propaganda is so pervasive, that you immidiately assume the bunny will turn into bunnyzilla, or super bunny. When truth is as shown by the longerst running experiment in history using fruit flies, any mutations that do occur will always result in negative outcomes. Such as missing wings, legs, head... nothing gained, only lost. What can you expect from an industry that first claimed it was too cheap to meter, then that it was zero emissions, and finally my personal favorite which was its needed for defense... And not as a means to end the world in 5 minutes or less, because ultimately that is the purpose of a nuclear reactor... the heat produces is just a byproduct used to sell the disease/bomb factories.

    So the processing was done by a bunch of building site workers in a car park tipping concrete from a wheel barrow into drums with random waste placed in them. It's then loaded onto a boat by sailors wearing no protective kit.

    I live somewhat close to Hanford Nuclear Production Complex in Washington State, and whoever has this nuclear waste site lies to its employees all the time about the high hazard areas. So many people have had to quit work there due to permanent destruction to their health over the years that it angers me. Repairs are ignored on a regular basis from dangerous plutonium and other deadly waste. I just read that Hanford had a collapsed tunnel back in May 2017 that has railroad cars full of nuclear waste that went unnoticed for a week (because workers don’t check the tunnels on a daily basis). Why our government allowed this kind of deadly waste to be started is beyond me....except the fact that Hanford is from the Manhattan Project which was a bomb built in WWII. It seems that many people are sick quite often in the city where I live and my guess is because of nuclear waste leaking into the air close by.

    • @psychedelicpython
      @psychedelicpython 6 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Dark_T I only know what people have said who work there and what the newspaper publishes. I guess a lawyer who is taking Hanford to court for endangering their employees knows nothing either.

      @@thekantor1964 replying to an old comment but the core is correct. Tanks at Hanford have pressure release valves to vent off gases. These rogue clouds are relatively well documented and are now being better monitored for. I'd encourage you to look it up.

      @@jjk2one What do plutonium production plants and coal plants have in common? Do you believe they both produce power? Only 1 reactor at Hanford produced power, and that was one of the last built.
      No, barring an emergency such as TMI nuclear power plants don't vent. This happens to be a passive containment tank for nuclear waste which no power plant would have.

      Bella Bella some common sense has to play here though. If you play with fire you're likely to get burned. If people are willing to be anywhere near radioactive materials then they need to accept what's coming. I agree that the workers are lied to but this is how scammers work as well. As long as the hype is believable,people don't question it....people are lazy.

    Problem is it will eventually come back to us via the oceanic food chain. I also loved the high tech grouting system I mean honestly two guys lifting a wheelbarrow is that really the best they could come up with?.😅.

    • @Ed-ty1kr
      @Ed-ty1kr 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yet they still managed to sell the world a good enough reason to self destruct in 5 minutes or less. You do know the purpose of nuclear reactors was always to generate weapons grade plutonium, the heat used to boil water for electricity is just a very expensive byproduct. And its not zero emissions since the pollutants left behind are so harmful, that no one knows what to with it. Except dump it into the oceans, or burry it. But for now all that waste sits in spent fueo pools or dry storage after years of cooling, just waiting for some disaster to expose it to open air, where even just one of these sites will render the entire northern hemisphere uninhabitable for longer than the Earth had been around.

      its not shocking it is simply not needed, hollywood movies make everyone think its deadly radiation but it is not, a passenger in a high altitude airplane gets more radiation than these guys handling depleted isotopes!.
      The Shocking part is the fact, they think dumping this shit in concrete vaults and than into the sea is really a solution!, its just creating a new problem 50-60 years from when they did this!, this shit should be burried deep underground, not fucking dumped in the ocean!!

    The pride they put into documeting thier carelessness is remarkable. And this does not only concern this american documentation...
    The only thing they emphasize they do carefully is documenting stuff. The rest is a mirror of its time, hillbilly-handling radioactive waste. Co-60 is not medical low contamination type low-level-waste, those are used up sources that will emitt hard gamma radiation over some decades. And i highly doubt that some sketchy backyard concrete mix left to dry in the heat of the sun is going to harden without cracking, rendering it useless.

Do you really think a few hundred thousand gallons of radioactive water is going to make any difference once it mixes with the sea? That the fish are somehow contaminated? Believe it or not your basement is more radioactive then any fish! It’s full of radioactive gas (radon). Also tritium is a alpha emitter and a sheet of paper will stop the radiation. Don’t believe these scare tactics the left are always pushing. According to that crap we would all be dead 10,000 times over! My name is Bender, from Futurama. I can get rid of your toxic waste for a small fee!
    Unless I'm mistaken, it looks like they're putting in about 10x more energy, than they're getting out.
    This is nothing more than Plutonium manufacturing for nuclear weapons.
    Pat on the back 'success' music at the end? WTF.

    People really need to educate themselves... The amount of comments from people who have little too no understanding of the topic...
    Shame that the topic/subject of nuclear power and the subsequent handling of nuclear waste is so misunderstood. If people only understood it better than i assure you we wouldn't need to give up plastic or need to worry about the state of the environment.
    As it is, you all seem to buy into the BS so sadly that day will never come 😢
