Brian: you are absolutely right.... Singapore Airlines takes pride in their cabin staff and make sure that the people they hire are truly qualified for the position, unlike in many other countries where the flight attendant position has truly been degraded.

I took this flight on the A380 to ZRH back in Aug2017. The things we took for granted then so evident now. Thank you for sharing this. May travel resume in the not too distant future.

It's impressive how crews from these airlines, which are considered on top of inflight service, can manage being so fresh and rested with a perfect grooming after a 12h, 15h hours flight! Never flew with Singapore, although I've been in the country and loved it! But I flew with Korean Air and their grooming was just outstanding from the beginning till the end! Congrats and thank you for sharing this video with us! :)

I just flew from London to Sydney with SQ airlines with a quick stop in Singapore (not allowed to get off plane while transitting from U.K because of covid.) The whole experience was amazing. Plane was nearly empty but the staff were so brilliant and all treated us so well. Best airline we’ve ever flown with. It seems so strict how you all have to do the make up and hair the same though. Must be very formal work environment. However it does give the appearance of elegance.
Jeanette is really good on talking to camera. Like she just talking with friends :) really enjoy your videos!

SQ treat their cabin crew with such respect; unlike Emirates which use scare/bullying tactics to keep their staff in control. And after 24yrs flying as a senior, I was sacked with no explanation (rather, ''business reasons'') after dedicating half my life with them. Good on you Jeanette!!

I miss doing flights to Zurich so, so much! Thank you for this lovely video, it reminded me of the times I stayed in this hotel and our huge, lavish bathroom (got the best room even though I was the ‘most junior’ back in the day). Zurich flights were so tiring to do, but it was worth the long amount of rest given to us after the flight.
