    What l always question is indeed paper charts are the ultimate reliable source for plotting a course but not when you can't zoom in like we do on navionics to see hazards, would you still regard the charts as reliable on what's printed or is electronics a better source? Thanks so much

      Charts are designed so that the information is displayed well at the size they are printed so that you don't need to zoom. Saying that, I do believe that when used correctly, electronic charts are now a better solution.
