Each is seeking the LORD how to fast, many are doing a full water only, some are doing water only and one meal, some are doing only liquids... this is only part of the fast we also seek the LORD in prayer, repentance, and song's of praise. Most of is our commitment to the LORD. I have always been blessed no matter what fast I did, the LORD sees our heart. Personally I believe I'm called to do this fast. During a past fast I was shown all these things, and I believe this will be the fulfillment.

If you begin counting 50 days after the weekly sabbath during the feast of unleavened bread, Pentecost/Shavuot falls on a Sunday. This year it falls on May 28. We are commanded to count 7 Sabbaths. What does he ask to give up for the 40 days? I fast once a week Or 3 days a month but that’s all, I’m 65 years old.
