But the one thing I wish is "please Sadhguru do create a wave in schools and colleges that earning a living is not the only thing" children should get educated about life not about winning a race.. I feel more when it came to my kids

The optimum is always found between the extremes of too much and too little. Even moderation requires an occasional binge to avoid becoming the next extreme.
One does need to "make a living" else sleep in a tent under a bridge or the like (maybe great yogi's can, but most people can't). I think it's more about the "pride" that one takes from their job vs. others, and possibly money/accolades that come with it. I could be wrong, but I think he means more the attachment to and identification with one's "occupation" or experiencing distress for those not being able to find one. I do wish he would have expanded a bit more on dharma. Wonderful as usual.
It seems like it is becoming more and more like I am stepping back and observing life and deciding what experience I want in the present moment. And almost everyone I come across is so worried about what was or might be that they lose track of what is and seems like they eventually are unable to think for themselves even and that is not freedom at all. I refuse to do what everyone else is doing and want to increase my understanding so that I can get access to more than the emotional part for ourselves and not losing track to all made available with the only breath I have for sure not what was or what if but what is the opportunity of that breath and all apart of in what is. How else can I enjoy this experience?
