here's some new things i found: 1. the gallery now leads directly underneath the castle (which means raiders can reach you from there). good luck showdowners 2. enemies with guns have increased accuracy (for some reason?), making kiting almost useless. good luck berserkers/vagabonds 3. gun viewmodels now occasionally stutter while aiming down sights. turn on "Crosshair while ADS" in the settings to make aiming easier 4. more scavs spawn than usual (including looting and waves) 5. workbenches have a different model and craft weapons quicker than usual 6. wood and stone piles do not disappear after losing their wood supply, and instead tell you that there are no more harvestable resources. also, wood sticks randomly disappear even after harvesting??? not sure why this happens 7. lab layout has been changed slightly, but doesn't really affect gameplay too much 8. your agent notifies you about the storm a bit earlier than usual 9. dying sends you straight back to the menu screen. 10. nights load quicker
They optimized ai however it changed sq alot for a couple strategies used against her. An example is the 2 holo at the back of the castle strat. Sq pops out near the still holo and can sometimes just ignore the walking one an snipe the second one

They finally made the map darker for that eerie effect. Gives off that Silent Hill atmospheric taste.
