Freeze your spinach that you will use in smoothies. It won't go bad, and it goes well in smoothies when it is frozen. Don't do that if you use it in salads.

Mostly strawberry jelly however last summer costco had blueberry jelly that I loved so I stocked up on it. I'm surprised at how much frozen fruit your able to get for smoothies.. its something I'd love to incorporate with my big family but it just seems to never have room in the budget every month. And I'm shocked at how little condiments you have for such a big fam... we have two rows on the door and then some still on a shelf seems never ending with our fam.
I love how you are gluten-free and organic. Im gluten-free myself and its put my autoimmune in remission. I wish I knew about this 25 years ago with my own kids. I would have totally did this. My oldest daughter sufferers really bad with ovarian cysts since she was 14. I absolutely blame the hormones put in our food. Don’t wrap your peeled onion in plastic. Onions are drawers and will soak up the micro plastics. You don’t want to eat that.

Girl! Make your butter with your cream! Put it in a blender until the butter separates. Rinse well under water and salt!

Edit: helpful hint with your herbs , put them in with a Mason jar with water in the fridge. It lasts lomger.
