- In the kingdom of God, tithing is the foundation of our finances. Jesus redeemed us from the curse of not tithing, but when we don’t tithe, we rob God of the opportunity to bless you. We don’t want there to be a cap on what God wants to do in our lives! We pray this message is a reminder of how we can put Jesus first in our finances.

Update: Asked God last night to help me buy my mother a car. Last night. She just called me just now and said my ex reached out to her and sent her $2,000 to send to me. I haven't spoken to him in years. God will use anyone to bring that seed!! I told her to keep it all because I prayed for that exact amount. I knew what I was suppose to do with it. This message was so on time, it showed the obedience I needed ahead of time. Just last night I prayed to be able to sow a seed, and he tested me immediately! Jesus Jesus Jesus! Continue to do me like that, it felt so good to be the giver. My mother kept saying "but you need it" because my husband and I are going through our storm but I don't care about the storm. I really don't. God has been providing. Pastor Todd I prayed for you tremendously this morning. Keep doing the lords work, no matter what they say. Jesus is a revealer. I literally received a payment while watching this and paused this to tithe. I was going to do it anyway, but it became urgent after hearing this message. I was a tither was years, then stopped when life got hard. But now, I’m back on it and would NEVER stop giving to GOD‼️He’s been SO GOOD TO ME AND MY FAMILY IN MANY WAYS.
Heard the series last year, and changed my heart to tithe at my local church in Colorado. I’ve really wanted to move to Tulsa to attend TC. But God spoke clear that i can watch these messages daily on my walks and that im needed in my church. Over the last year I’ve been able to focus on volunteering, outreach, and supporting to the local community and their Bible studies just by being present in the local church. I’ve got the best of both worlds. Thanks pastor for freeing me a year ago to attend one church physically but to be fed somewhere else.

Thank you Pastor Mike, because of your faithfulness. God has reached me. 1 yr ago I started attending a local church in Houston (Masters Plan World Outreach aka MP Church) they are small, but man is God working in that place. They are struggling financially but they still give to those in need! The original Pastor started the church about 45 years ago and last year passed the torch to his son. Their story is incredible and have so much to give. They are faithful and let God lead.
They are needing assistance in paying off the debt for the renovations they made to the building that is our church, and if they are able to pay that off it would help expedite more programs they are planning to have to help out in the community.

I thank God for this entire series I have learned so much. I have always been a giver and sowed seeds. When life got hard for me after covid I got sick and lost my job. I lost everything my home, my car and my belongings. I'm a widow and have no one to lean on so I thought. I have learned don't expect to harvest where you sowed the seed. I was looking for people that I helped to help me. I now know to look to God only. Thank you, God, for the lesson it actually lifted a burden off of me because I was upset about it. Thank you, God. I'm always learning.

Would y'all please pray for me, Fam? Yesterday someone hacked my bank account, stole double the money and put me in to the negative. The bank won't return anything for the next 10 to 90 days and anything I try to deposit, they will take. I know God will provide, I just feel like a poor steward. Don’t give anyone money unless you want to. A tithe is not required.

He doesn't need our money, He needs our hearts. The bible teaches where our treasure is our hearts will be also. This is a heart issue all around. There are some blessings/rewards that are specifically tied to giving. As are some blessings specific to other acts of obedience. Yes, salvation is FREE...but rewards are attached to action and obedience.
The Bath and Body Works reference is crazy! I walked by their store last week, and the workers tried to get me to come in and look around. This may be extreme, but I looked them in the eyes and quoted Kanye West and said "Don't bite the apple, Eve." "I will not walk into that store and be tempted." Ha! The workers and I had a good laugh, but they understood, and I kept walking.

1.) In the kingdom of God, tithing is the foundation of your finances. Tithing comes before offering. The only reason you grieve is because you think it's yours. Spread your seed and expand. When your seed is in the right environment, it expands.
2. ) What you do is extra gets denied if you don't what required
3.) Your finances expose your heart, and your heart exposes your foundation. The proof is in the fruit
4.) Jesus is the only firm foundation. When it comes to your finances, the foundation has to be first. You cannot build your life on things of the world

Please pray for my church Rivers of Life (Previously Body of Christ Overcomers) in Columbia, SC. Right now the church is online only because we currently don't have a church home anymore. My church was renting our previous building, and the owner wanted to place a liquor store there so they had to move. They still have not been able to find a new building for our church. I'm praying that the next building will be bought and paid off, so we wouldn't have to be forced to move anymore!

Parents, teach your kids right! I have been taught since I was 5 years old to tithe. I didn’t know what 10% was at five! Even the fact that I could count money was more than most five-year-olds can do! But my dad didn’t just hand me a $5 bill and go, “Here, now give ten percent of this to God.” He knew that was beyond my comprehension. What he did instead was divided my money up for me, having me put money in multiple piggy banks. So he’d hand me 50 cents and say “This is your Tithes. It belongs to God.” So I was raised with the mindset that 10% of my income was not even counted as part of the budget because it automatically went to God. And that’s still the model that I follow 25 years later.
How you teach your children matters, even if they are too young to fully understand and you have to do the math for them.

I want to apologize for an earlier statement! I need prayer because I am consistently under attack from how I was taught and what God is calling me to do! I am not a saint by any means of the word, but I do love God and others as Jesus loves us! I am only human, and some days the issues in life get toe more than others. The devil uses those we love most to attack us and we need to keep in mind that we just need to pray for them when this happens. Please agree with me in prayer that those I love that secretly hate me will find the Love of God and be saved! They are just other broken souls who need to feel the Love and Power of the Holy Spirit! My prayer is that they received that before Jesus returns and it's too late!

When the blessed life was taught from Pastor Robert Morris, I was blessed to hear him in person and receive his book. He gave us a challenge. Pay tithes and try God for 90 days and if nothing changes in your life, he would give you all your money back. I haven't looked back. He properly taught me how and I followed Gods word. I have been blessed every since. I don't even label my bills anymore Collins Bills.... I label them Gods bills and he always makes a way. Keep blessing us Pastor Mike.

Lord I pray for this person who just lost their brother. You said in your word that you are close to the broken hearted. You said that you can carry their yoke and you can refresh them. Please touch this family's heart and give them refreshment. Let them find refuge and healing in your presence and if they need to, give them understanding. Send them all your love, take care of them and heal them from the inside out. Kiss their tears. I Jesus name I pray, amen.
