Use a hydraulic JIC fitting for that rail end to regulator they are solid steel it'll be orb to orb and is even better/cheaper and stronger than the $30+ fitting your looking for that is made of al for there.
Nice vid! Is a check valve required or is there already one built into pump? I noticed the pressure dropped a pretty quickly when you shut it off. I'm about to do the same thing and don't want any "extended" starting issues.

well the pump is a 525lph 750-1100hp depending on application v8-4cyl n/a forced induction gas or e85 6an line for feed and return is plenty for the same hp I add the 8an feed for a little over kill with a fuel system its better to have more then whats needed then not enough.

have a part number for that ? i found some but not exact one needed its steel and they don't look to bad
I have to ask...will you be repainting the cylinder head cover? My OCD is getting the best of me when seeing how clean the rest of the engine looks.
not sure yet i'm not a fan of the blue boomba rail and some other things i have a coated black one that might get installed on it....
