I absolutely love David Goggins. His book. “Can’t hurt me” is simply mind blowing and I relate so much with everything he says. My childhood was not as bad as his but he made me realise that we can do anything if we just apply our minds and stop feeling sorry for ourselves. Love both of his books. I have them on audiobook. I have listened to “can’t hurt me” at least 3 times now. He is phenomenal. Thanks for having him on. Actually this entire episode is just in time for new year to unlock my prison gates!!! Thank you. I really enjoyed this episode.

You deserve all the praise in the world Ed. I felt so misunderstood and trapped in my golden prison I’ve created in my mind. No amount of comfort will allow you outside the doors of the prison even if u have every amenity u could dream of. Thank you for motivating and inspiring so many of us and continuing to do so. I get you, not just your mind but every one that knew you from the level of your old mind doesn't get or want you to create a new version of you. omg! I love the example of the 100 room mansion as life. Actually I started working on an activity wherein I create a home, my space and building the interior and ground rules for what happens there. Its a process so Im working on it. I don't want to force it and just let it develop naturally! Im having fun with it :)

Ed mylett - thank you sir for the amazing podcast that you have - your inspiring beyond words. You're book was rough - it was incredible - but I have a rough relationship with my father and reading your book made me face parts of our relationship that I had spent my life avoiding.
