I have intel i5-2400, gtx 1050 ti and 12gb of ram on my pc. Will i be able to run fh4 in medium - high settings at 60+ fps?

Bcoz of 2nd gen in my pc there is i7 11700k and Gtx 1050 ti and I get 91 max and 70 fps at high

It will run,but Upgrade your cpu your cpu can't keep up with your gpu so you can't get the best power out of your gpu
