I remember this song from when I was young boy growing up in church. Why does it seem like these older songs are much more powerful and moving than the ones we sing today?
Truly seeking after God. I think a lot of music today are people trying to get as close to being R&B or whatever early genre they can. Notice you don't hear any of the older songs about the blood anymore.
I feel the very same🙏As I've aged, I feel in my heart, that it's the unchanging power & promises of God's LIVING Word that make the "old" songs remain so strong & meaningful! 🙌✝️🤗What a blessing to have these precious Holy memories of worship, praise, & adoration to The King! And, WOW, to see the anointing keep coming upon younger generations! Hallelujah! PROOF that God & His word are faithful and ALIVE!!!
