dexter,I still have hard time propagating this hornwort . is it because my tank is too shallow (about 5cm deep) and small(just about 20 cm x 10 cm) ? my hornwort is black and doesnt grow big (everytime, new branch come out,the other end die). sunlight is just about 50% now. what should I do ?

Sir Dexter good day. Im your new subscriber and newbie din po ako sa pag aalaga ng koi. Hingi po sana ako ng advice kac chlorinated po ang supply ng water dito sa amin and sad to say namamatay ang mga bagong bili ko na koi aging 2-3 months po. Pls help me what to do. Sorry if this isn’t the proper video to ask but I have a betta emergency😂😂 I kept a pair of Bettas in a 20 gallon community tank with neon tetras, a pleco, and a few mollies and shrimp plus snails and my betta has laid eggs.
I keep the water current a little stronger then what I normally run to keep the top water circulating so no nests would be formed well they now have a nest with eggs and I don’t know how to remove the babies/ eggs.
I was going to use a pipette but o was afraid to hurt the babies and I was going to use a mesh net but I don’t want to pop the nest. How should I go about removing them from the nest...
try to scoop the eggs gently but there is no assurance of a 100% success
