There has actually been a reported bug with Django 4.2+ which prevents images from being rendered into the template. Hopefully, the groovy Django People will get this fixed.

@@Codemycom Don't shoot the messenger. I'm telling you there is a bug which has been reported - it must be on a higher patch version than the one you're using.
On a positive note, great tutorial

@@toddgilbey3979 I didn't shoot the messenger, I told you that you were wrong :-p We're using Django 5.0.2 and, as you can see in the videos with your own eyes, aren't having a problem rendering images.

@@toddgilbey3979 Thanks for the compliment, but I can't have someone type a factual statement about Django that is incorrect on my video teaching Django without correcting them. So I will correct it. People read these comments and I don't want them to read yours, get confused, and think there's a problem rendering images in Django when there isn't.
