Your riding style on the 450 is very good! The arm pump may be the power and weight. Try keeping a looser grip. And during the race, take one hand off and move arm around and open,/close the hand to stay loose. I use full diamond style grips because they are thinner in diameter and easier to grip and help with arm pump.

I always struggel with arm pump because I was hanging on the bars and not on top of them. I know you are way better than me, i just want to give you this hint, maybe you can change something in the way you ride🙂✊🏼

Very nice race to check the level with other 450 gp's guys and you were there. Arm pump at first races i think is normal since the rhytm is higher but good race. Keep going Kevin.

Good ride kev, get a seat bump put in ! Looking sharper good starts , full gas bad boy 👍 oh yeah could tell you why you’re feet keep coming off pegs when powering out from corners, but Your suspension guy probably told you and sorted it for next race, no offence meant just observing 😂
Have tried seat bump but didn’t like the feel of it, just more race time and we’ll be fine

When I have arm pump like this I’m really upset because it’s so frustrating, you’re not, are you scary about this for the season ?
Forsure it’s shit, but I had it for the first 2-3 races every year in my career so I know it’s a part of it. That’s why we have these preseason races
what you do to got rid of arm pump ?
Just get some more race time in, superfinal I didn’t have armpump, so it’s just about getting back to rythem.
