ففي "باب تحريم لعن إنسان بعينه أو دابة" أورد المصنف -رحمه الله- حديث عبد الله بن مسعود  قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: ليس المؤمن بالطعان، ولا اللعان، ولا الفاحش، ولا البذي[1]، رواه الترمذي، وقال: حديث حسن.
