    This was a great intro to the payment options. It scares me that you used a cost of $800k as the pivot between high and low cost. I'm buying a 1962 MCM in Tampa that needs work, but I sure don't have $800k to drop on the project. I mean maybe I do, but over 10 years - lol. How likely is it that a contractor, like Nelson, would be up for a long running project with smaller jobs every month? I'm not taking the home down to the studs, just looking to update kitchen, bathrooms, add or restore terrazzo. Stuff like that.
