How wonderful to see one of the fifteen minute episodes!! I have the audio on cassettes, issued years ago, but this is the first time I've seen the visual elements. Thank you!!

Such a classy show, very soothing to watch. I used to watch the cable reruns 15 or so years ago. Glad to see this on here.

NBC put Nat King Cole on in 1956 without a sponsor assuming that one would turn up eventually. When that didn’t happen, Cole himself pulled the plug in 1957 with the understanding that sponsors were not willing to offend the southern part of the country who had issues with a black person having their own show. Such a shame when you think of Nat King Cole and orchestra leader Nelson Riddle together on television! What a combo!!

Is there any way you could've removed the "Not For Broadcast" text, or did you put it there on purpose?

Rise shave cream and Arrid deodorant???? WOW!!!! I knew about the coop deal with Schenley on the West and Rheingold on the East, but this is new to me!!!

Strangely enough, I’m just here to hear him talk rather than sing. And, shocker, he’s still as smooth as butter!
