I think it’s actually fitting there’s a good amount of NCT Dream members in this it feels very much on brand and a song that they would have it’s poppy fun with its own levels of charisma . And the fact the sungchan stepped out as a vocalist with this new project after first being a rapper only shows he has so much depth and potential.

Both are insanely talented rappers, dancers and can easily pass off as lead vocalists and can come up with sick rap verses like they would be soo good and powerful together. SM hear me out pls just once give us a dual NCT U MarkYang unit similar to TaeTen
Bro YangYang and Mark around bound to overlap in concepts often but it’s so shocking how different their vibes are while you can always hear something in their voice that is so teenager/college dude/just younger and casual compared to like Doyoung (mature and sophisticated) or Johnny (who is somehow simultaneously sounds like a dad AND a frat boy). Idk if it’s because they both grew up to English so they developed that kind of intonation but I think it allows them to complementary and yet distinct in a way that you don’t find as much with the other neos (shockingly enough). And I think they would be so interesting to watch perform as a duo that plays off each other because whenever I see Mark I am moved because I get this sense of someone who brought himself to where he is through commitment and lowkey sacrifice while I always find joy in watching YangYang because every time he performs you can see how much fun he has while doing it and you know for a fact that he chose to spend his life on this precisely because of how much joy he gets from it. It would be like watching the different meanings they attach to the phrase “music is my life” play out right before your eyes because the tale of their journey is written in their skills and how they choose to carry themselves through every performance. However may I also raise the idea of a Yuta and Ten duo? They can also overlap in concepts but have widely different executions/ways of achieving their desired effect. Three things I thought throughout this album 1. Yangyang my little lamb is slaying everywhere and errthing 2. Sungchan and Shotaro's voice colours are so beautiful and unique.. realising it very late.. 3. 3:16 This man is so good and so talented then why the hell SM still underrates him and not doing justice for him?? I'm so sorry but I swear he should have been a vocalist. I'm a young fan and I've heard that he was trained for long as an vocalist only. He sings like an angel. And raps really good. But my point here is not for criticising his rap but either way he's not represented well. We know that SM always makes someone dominate consistently. Those members are talented for sure , they deserve it of course but what about those who are made to feel almost non-existent. Then for what purpose they signed up and made a member if they're not even needed in a song and with no significance. Then what's their job? Visual? Attracting market? Was that their dream? This applies to so many other members who are wronged. Ok. My rant over as usual. And I'll keep ranting about this issue.
