What a plendid experience this is! JW organisation was built not on Christ. But on Lies and Lies and Lies. Great thanks to you Eric. as usual for your enlightening videos.

Very nice experience. Thank you for this. We are Christians, not JW. Good point. Israel as nation was JW.

I appreciate hearing this story my beloved brothers. JW's "go to" disfellowshipping TRAP seems to always be the same: "Do you believe the 'Governing Body' is God's Channel?" Remember that Jesus often answered a TRAP question with question. So, ask them this question: "Do YOU believe that Jesus Christ is our only leader and teacher?" Let them blaspheme, if they so choose! You said that you were"stuck" and began DIGGING around the internet when "Beroean Pickets" popped up. I did the exact same thing! As promised: "Many will roam to and fro (DIG), and knowledge will increase.” Daniel 12:4 Those with insight will instruct many. 11:33 Ask, Seek, Knock and you will find. Mt 7 God is GOOD! 💯

Correction ! It is in the book of isaiah 43 : 1,10 that jehovah's witness leaders got the name jehovah's witnesses, they combine the two verses ,but failed to see that in the context of the scripture starting from chapter 42 :16 ,18 and chapter 43: 8 that the people being called jehovah's witnesses (the JEWs ) were said to be blind and deaf. Sorry in the interview I mistakenly said jeremiah.

If we are present in our lives and look around us we can find the truth.

    Hi Eric.
I would be interested in hearing of your life history, (your autobiography), if you would be interested in sharing it.
I do personally like to hear about the experiences of those who have left, (or got kicked out of), the organization, but have stayed close to, and not left our Heavenly Father or His Son.
In some of your videos, you give some snipits of your life, but ... What was family life like for you growing up? How did you feel about being an elder in the congregation? How did you feel about the publishers, even the weakest and lowliest ones? What was it like for you when you [began] to suspect the falsehoods of the organization, and Did both you and your wife begin to see the true light together?
    God bless ❤

Eric is a natural landing spot for many JW's who leave. He retains the big 3, dead are unconscious, no trinity and no fiery torment. I was a JW for 45 years, and I left 1 year ago. I wish you all the best, truly. There is a void, which can be scary after leaving the org and there's comfort in familiar doctrine, plus you all get to have a heavenly hope ;) Hopefully this doesn't end up being another cult of personality and you all find peace after the trauma of being JW's.

Hi Simplified! I agree it's important to watch who you get involved with. What I'm impressed with is that Eric makes a point of sticking to the study of the bible, keeping God AND Jesus AND the Holy Spirit in their rightful places. He does not assume leadership, although like Paul he is indeed a great leader in keeping us on track to keep the word of God as the entire reason for us to study together. We worship in spirit and truth, and no one man or woman has any right to step into Jesus' role as did the GB.
      I love Eric's compassion toward the hurt and his passion for truth. 9:42 9:43 9:43 9:45 9:47

@kariberger4978 - Thank you so much for your encouragement. We see that so many people will no longer trust after being misled by a cult mentality. We can help those people by reminding them that only Jesus' yoke is light!
"Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30

@@simplifiedlife8607, you know ...the hurts I've gone through...I Now realize there were people in my life that God simply didn't want me around. I just never saw that. But just because Some folks were not right for me doesn't mean to give up either. Opening my heart to some with Eric's group has given me the opportunity to find gifts. And God has my back. He's not going to deny me the one thing I've needed my whole life; a true friend. Jw stole Jesus from me. It was through Eric's group I found him. And now I'm finally getting to have relationships I'm capable of. I have to earn the trust of like minded ones just as they must earn mine. So whatever you are going through, there is an answer.

Y'know what gets me . If the Watchtower worshipers ( cause that's all they are ) really had good hearts and minds they would investigate all that's being said , but they don't . What does that tell you about them ?

    • @BeroeanVoices
      @BeroeanVoices  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

@dukeydoo1 -- The same can be said about anyone in any religion, or for that matter a believer in atheism. The fact is that we are brought up to trust in people. The fact also is that we did investigate and we were fooled. Eventually God took pity on us and opened our eyes. We must remember that in a spiritual way we cannot accomplish a single thing by our own will. We must remember what the Bible says: "To this John replied, “A person can receive only what is given them from heaven." John 3:27

And indoctrination has many side effects. It can make a person lazy, and just accept what is said to them as truth. It can cause a lethargy; If you keep folks busy in one area, they may forget to look further just from sheer exhaustion. It can cause a false unity, causing one to never color outside the lines. Then starts in the segregation actually believing themselves to be in a superior position, and who wants to rock the boat with that one? All I know from experiencing different religions is to be watchful of men or women who put so much emphasis on their own personal interests or opinions and thus leaving God out of the picture altogether. But God would never hide the truth from one who earnestly seeks it. That person will be made to understand the responsibility of truth. "Now all has been heard, here is the conclusion of the matter; Fear God and keep His commandments, for this is the DUTY of all mankind." ~Ecclesiastes 12:13. Solomon had it all, and had nothing outside of God.
