i loved my 88 16v scirocco. but those other 3 cars were much more successful. the mechanical fuel injection sucked though... superior German engineering... IDK my motor mounds always broke, had to go squeaky neoprene, eventually the whole front cross member that housed the motor mount responsible for limiting torque twist completely tore apart from the chassis.the shift linkages, which were many, always needed new bushings....wish i still had it, fun car
Disagree; the euro bumpers are too short and give what is otherwise a beautiful car a little too blunt and chunky a look. The US bumpers are long, but in the case of the scirocco, they accentuate the very wedgy look of the car.
Sold, I'm buying one tomorrow!
Awesome! SCIROCCO 4 EVER!!!
Sometimes I wonder how I get to these videos lol... Good Times!

this 16v scirocco, is it a sports car or a sports coupe?
Both.
They didnt include the honda on the slalom test, probably because it had 4ws, it went through faster than lambos and ferrari at the time
Or probably because it just had a better time, than the Scirocco. As well they don't talk about the fuel economy of the others.
Such a nice looking car in European specs. The giant American bumpers are hideous.
