Anyone feeling sad seeing Jaeyun Kyungho and Minsu constantly having diet ? Especially Jaeyun, he EATS SO LITTLE what he eat is lterally what i could eat for snack :((
Personally I don't mind if the diet is them to help maintain a healthy weight y'know? but if they keep starving themselves where it's unhealthy then I'd get worried TT

Why is Jaeyun eating so little? I understand that he has to diet, but what he is eating is basically a snack. As someone who use to eat that little amount of food, it has bad affect to your body causing tiredness, hair loss, headaches and much more. It's more worrying the fact the he's and idol who has to practice almost everyday as well as preparing for a comeback. There is no way he's full or satisficed after eating that and it breaks my heart. I really hope the company isn't forcing him to do this and I hope he stops his bad eating habits before it's to late. This goes to Minsu and Kyungho too, but they're eating more than him so I'm less worried. N.CH entertainment stop making them diet please.
I eat the same amount of food he eats and I get full (With just tree spoons of rice or other food I get full) But I think he needs to eat more because like you said he is an idol and need to eat a lot of food to have more strength and to be healthy.
