I adopted a Kat from the level with the buttons everywhere, he was part Kat and bowling pin, then it was this level. I got killed and now my Kat is all alone. Stuck.

also you can bite the head off using “alt” twice…
i tried it and it gives you 30 health for a limited time, but the tips end up getting creepy and you also end up meeting the shadow man from april fools update. Thankfully it doesnt try and kill you for the whole game, it all stops after you meet the shadow man.
