I was watching "Beastars" and I noticed an animal pun. When a character said that she wanted to be left alone, she said「一匹にさせたい」(I want to be left (one animal) alone. (She used the counter for animals because they're all animals. ) I love puns like this in cartoons! When I explained the joke to my sister, she said, "I hope no one's using this to learn Japanese. They're about to make an embarrassing mistake." Imagine someone following you and you say, 「もう、一匹にさせたい！」They'd probably say something like「一匹にさせたいなら好きにしていい。でも一匹になるテクノロジーはどこにもないよなぁ。」
I also noticed that, I think they always use 一匹 and 二匹 in place of 一人 and 二人. It certainly could be embarrassing if someone didn't realize that wasn't normal Japanese... 「あぁ、一匹にさせたいよ」「え、何？ケモノじゃないんじゃん？」
