My apologies go to Steve as the vast autumn collection of leaves become clumped up into a bin and don’t come out, it’s not often you see something like this happen, but at last it was bad, some may see the funny side, the mess was cleaned up after the video had ended, the man who lived at the house was fine with it.

At least he picked up the bin, mine was once knocked over full of grass and the driver left without emptying the bin or cleaning up the mess

Some bins around my city have those new mastec lids, the drivers of the collection trucks put them on, yes bin lids here pretty much just get replaced by the drivers rather than a bin repair truck

I might be so dumb, but I think is not the driver not even the arm of the truck. If you going to put something on the trash can , before to put in the trash can put them in a trash bag let's help to your on neighborhood. The driver is just driver. He can not peak your poop.
What?? It’s winter, the leaves got clogged. You cannot put green waste in bags it will contaminate the truck and he won’t even pick it up in the first place.

I guess that makes sense! But they were wet leaves mixed with dirt and dust, make this large clump. It is also a culdesac, and the wind usually blows inwards.
That isn't his fault. The owner of the house put too much leaf in there so it wouldn't come out directly

That’s happened to me several times, that’s why I always tell customers that pack their green cans to the max…. To add a gallon of water the night before, so it comes straight out.🤷🏽♂️🚛🫡
