There is a good chance i was in the audience. My first date with my still wife was April 2, 2005 when they played the Seven Gables Theatre in Seattle. It was the last time I talked to them, i said "I thought that this metal bands and movies night was going to be the bands and films playing at the same time" Coady said "sorry you're so fucking disappointed". Jared was always nice to me, they knew i was obviously a huge fan.....and that was track #2 on Suspended Animation by Fantomas. Track #1 (April 1, 2005) was the day we met. Track #28 -- we were seeing them live, and with each other inseparably after that. National Poetry Month
Still remember seeing them at the Cats Cradle back then. I had no idea who they were and I was banging my head on the stage all night. So fucking good. 🍻
Too bad Jared can't sing like this anymore, probably was hurting his voice cause of wrong technique. Huge loss when you only have 2 instruments and vocals, too.
