It's because Batman aka Bruce Wayne has given everything for the city of Gotham and is constantly being belittled for being him. Beaten and battered as Batman but he never gives up, instead he's always trying to fight back and show that there's always at least one person willing to fight against evil and injustice. I love Batman's mindset

This is one of the best songs I've ever heard that captures the anxieities of deep relationships. Many people want one with passion and understanding at the same time, knowing how hard they are to sustain and this song really understands those fears.
