Things we already had in our fridge/freezer/cupboards: Broccoli, Cabbage, wraps, peppers, cheese, mushrooms, beans (black beans, baked beans), pasta, dried noodles, oats, frozen meals such as lentil lasagne, lentil curry, battered cod, salmon, risotto rice and a few more bits! I do! 1/2 cup water 1 Tbsp Chia seeds big handful of frozen mixed berries from Aldi 1 whole banana 1 tbsp honey 1 - 2 tbsp greek yogurt! That is our general day to day recipe and it never fails! Sometimes I add frozen mango in, or half an avocado! Xxx
Ocado do such great offers, I shop there for family of 6 and I think if you're smart it's great value. They also stock an amazing range of foreign brands and organic which normal supermarkets lack. Next time check out the Italian, French, Japanese and Swedish bits for way better quality butter, ham, pate, pasta etc. I really think if you shop deals, offers and shop smart it's fab quality for price x
Have you ever made your own ice lollies? I recently got some ice lolly moulds but im yet to experiment with them but you could probably make some kine of yoghurt ones too. Also frozen green beans are the best! We alwags have some in the freezer to add to everything. We usualy keep some kind of rice/noodles in the cupboard so we can whip up a quick stir fry with frozen veg if were low on food.

Is the Yeo Valley Butter 200g from Ocado? Also if you go to M&S try the Greek yoghurt with a hint of vanilla its in a big tub its yummy.
