The only thing that cured burnout for me was saving a stash of FU money. When I got FU money, my mindset shifted from "I have to be here" to "I want to be here." Would it be possible to get a list or a video about your hair care routine so I can have a reference to start improving mine?
My job is simply a way/tool to make money, so that I can buy/experience the things I love.
