This song clearly refers to ancient vedic sanskrit scriptures, only woefully, the lyricist has just half a glimpse of a clue, what they mean. Let me explain: He has rightfully understood, that there´s a dark goddess called Kali, which he describes quite correctly. But it´s obviously not understood, that there are two personalities called Kali, and the name Kali Yuga (the age of Kali) is referring not ot the Goddess, but to the other Personality. This just gets clear, when You study Sanskrit a little closer, and You understand, that in Sanskrit Alphabet, there are different Vowels for the short and the long a as well as for the short and the long i. So goddess Kali is writen with both long a and i, whereas the demon Kali, who is the spirit of disaggreement and wanting to struggle is writen with two short vowels, and he´s the one after whom this age is named. - And obviously he´s the one controlling my mind in this "wanting to know better" is it? - Please forgive me! - Spirit of the age! - Nice music though!
