I think the fight is one of the easiest bankai fights. I was able to do it in a Singapore server with 400 ping and 4 bars it. After using it, I think it's honestly really good. One of the skills needs an obvious buff since it doesn't hit like half the time, but the rest of its kit is very good. I was able to beat a Starrk and Vamp Segunda as well as a light res with it back to back.
benihime is fine (did u know when u pop bankai ur c move changes into a move called "sew" so this probably means c move might change in bankai (its not finished maybe?) they just need to give it the suzumebachi treatment how it changes the whole or most of the moveset in bankai and they need to rework the T move because its lame but theres is still hidden passives that setro said we dont know about so maybe thats gonna be the reason why the t is so bad
