For example bilabal all shud Kalyan m' tevrar Khamaj n komal Kafi g n komal Bhairav r d komal Marwa r komal m' tevar Poorvi r d komal m' tevrar Asavari g d n komal Bhairavi r g d n komal Todi r g d komal m' tevar obviously it's personal choice but I feel it's easy to remember this way.

Devidas- a scale is just an arrangement or organisation of notes and is not supposed to be melodious. A raga can be melodious but not a scale. A scale is just playing or singing the given notes in ascending and descending order-its a guideline-its a framework for composing following the rules of a raag.
