    Thanks for showing me how to make a pattern. I am a serious novice and I really had no idea. It’s so simple. But I guess you learn something new everyday. Thanks!

      just try freehanding it on paper :) you'll get a size that works fpr you eventually. it helped alot for me to have my kisslock to draw after

      @Nordballe  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I personally used spandex, mostly because it was what I had laying around :) you can use a big variety of fabrics honestly

    What is interfacing for. Can I do it without?

    • @Nordballe
      @Nordballe  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      my fabric was really thin and worbly. It couldn't really hold the ahape very nicely. if your fabric is stiff enough to hold the shape without it, you don't need to add it

    • @bethlewis3649

    What is the reason for using zig zag on the top part?

    • @Nordballe
      @Nordballe  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      when you zig zag on fabric it kinda "seals" it, so to speak. You avoid the fabric fraying. I personally prefer this, so that I when you attach the kiss lock, it's more sturdy and it doesn't fray 😊

  • @cold_vampire

    GUYS CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF I CAN JUST USE A BLACK SHARPIE FOR DRAWING THE DESIGN ONTO THE FABRIC PLSSS ?!!!?????!????? IK U PRINTED YOURS BUT I DONT HAVE THAT SO I WAS WONDERING IF I CAN JUST DRAW IT ?!?!?

    • @Nordballe
      @Nordballe  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      don't use a sharpie! it'll bleed onto the fabric and ruin it! instead you can paint it on using acrylic paint! :)

    • @cold_vampire
      @cold_vampire 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Nordballe ok thanks I’ve got that a couple of times before. So I got some random cotton fabric and I tried to draw but it didn’t bleed so do u think I can maybe still use it 😂 and I’ll try to buy similar fabric to the one I experimented on !!

    • @Nordballe
      @Nordballe  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      perhaps it would be beneficial for you to draw it onto the fabric you already used, cut it out, and stitch/glue it onto the bag? :o that way there's no risk!
