MX-M7570 jamming near fusing unit - the paper is getting folded like a fan and stuck. The machine looks like it could be missing some plastic angled pieces near the fusing roller. Any recommendations?

My copier shaprp mx 264n , in the display look like paper stuck, but in reality there is no paper stuck there.
The copier make 4-5 copys and than stop. Why?

My sharp 6020 stop paper on synchronizing path from down tray but print out from bypass tray what may cause this please.secondly the same machine bypass tray that print out did not release it tray by itself unless I do before it print out.

Good day, sir. I hope this will help. About your 6020 machine, did you already check the paper tray settings? You can select which tray can be the provider of your paper. Other reason maybe because your paper size did not match of what size of paper you want to output. which you can also change that in settings.
