Piatra Craiului - La Om peak and over the northern ridge, part 2 (13)

Flight date: 05 April 2022
We start our flight from the splendid Joaca glade, then we continue over the wooden cabin and the meadow towards La Om peak following the winter path. We soon pass over the peak, getting a splendid view on the other site of the mountain and turn towards the northern ridge and Ascutit peak.
We fly north for a bit to enjoy the main ridge with all the steep valleys and sharp peaks and then turn back towards south for another look at the avalanche on the eastern side of the mountain. It's easy to understand why the lower refuge was built it it's actual position, being sheltered from the avalanches.
Similar to all the previous flight videos, this one is a 4k 60fps, so I would recommend viewing it on a big screen !
