I am the owner of this Trans Am. I wanted to write and thank everyone for the kind words about the car. We finished the build in 2018 in time to show at SEMA. I then used the car as a Pace Car in the SCCA and local car shows. Whoever buys it will have a real icon of badass.

Grew up GM guy but left to Ford because all the new stuff is so plain. This, pays proper homage to Trans Ams and honestly, should be in production against factory cars. If THIS was a choice against the Hellcat or GT500, I'd take this.

THIS is awesome!! So, I get that the Pontiac division in GM no longer exists and they DID bring back the Camaro. How about putting a few of THESE in some dealerships....ya know, just to see how many "bites" they get. It wouldn't be these versions of course, but give it a peppy engine nonetheless. Guys like me that grew up watching "Smoky and the Bandit" didn't have the money as a kid to buy one of these, but now.........

This Pontiac is literally the ultimate sexy car, my god what a beautiful car, simply a god of beauty car, Chevrolet don't be stupid, buy this model and just put on your yellow tie and put on a Camaro SS 24'! For me this could be 100% the legitimate successor of the beautiful Camaro SS 10", and for me it is even more beautiful than the Camaro 10' (which theoretically was the most beautiful Camaro from Chevrolet and also in my view was the Muscle Car most beautiful of all, but after this Pontiac it lost this position, at least for me). Imagine if this was the Camaro 24' or 25', this would simply defeat the Mustang easily in sales, also with this supreme Design, but it is obvious that Gm will be too dumb and will create its own Camaro, which by the way Gm did a very ugly 2021/2022 Camaro. I literally loved this Pontiac, for me it could be the 2nd or 3rd most beautiful car in the world, together with Bugatti Mistral and Chiron SS. Wonderful work by Pontiac without a doubt.

Oh dear God another one. the Firebird was always based off the chevy Camaro. So if you don't know the history of the firebird, its best not to say "its just a Camaro dressed as a Firebird". Chevy made the car and GM let Pontiac base the Firebird from it. It has always been that way from the start.
So when did the Trans Am come back into existenxe? (yes that is a x) Did we shoot a trans am into space and aliens got it and took it to sagittarrius A in the middle of our galaxy and dropped a new block in it with a few superchargers in it to make it a beast?
As long as chevy continues to make a Camaro there can always be a Firebird. All Firebirds since 1967 were based off the Camaro. GM allowed Pontiac in the pony car war as long as they based the car off the Camaro.
There's a lot of muscle cars out there that I like but nothing is like the super duty trans am outlaw or this one I think if I bought one it would be the blue outlaw edition thousand horsepower but 1200 horsepower is even better there's only one other car I really like to have the size that in American muscle and that would be the Shelby super Snake they're my two favorite American muscle cars

I had an 80 trans am made by Pontiac, these new trans ams are nothing more than a camaro with a face-lift. I wouldn't spend $1 on one, but an original trans am I would definitely buy

May be nice to look at but once you get past a certain power level you can't put the power down to the ground. The 1200 HP is just for bragging rights; you can't use the power in normal driving. A new 650 HP Camaro ZL1 is already crazy fast, has a full factory warranty at any Chevrolet dealer, and is a much smarter purchase.
You don’t buy muscle cars for a smart purchase and to save on gas mileage. You buy them for the experience and sound this entire car is a experience you won’t get from a ZL1 because no car manufacturers are making muscle car designs like this anymore except Dodge’s challenger it’s the only true muscle car left
You slap some Mickey Thompson on the back you can put the power down fine plus it’s even lighter than a Camaro ZL1 it uses aluminum as the frame and carbon fiber on the body panels
