What all friends and family do you think Silver the Hedgehog has in his own time period? Why's he in a relationship with Blaze the Cat since they must hardly see each other since Blaze is from another universe which Silver is from the future? Would their love destroy the fabric of reality?
Is Silver the Hedgehog a descendant of Shadow the Hedgehog since he has more powers than just his speed and spin dash? Sonic the Hedgehog must be really jealous of them

No. Sega has confirmed that Shadow is not Silver’s father. Possibly his great-something-grandson, but it’s unlikely.
